Through interviews with both management and front-line staff, we clearly define the objectives and future vision for AI utilization. We identify key themes based on business impact (revenue contribution and cost reduction), prioritize them, and then formulate a medium- to long-term (e.g., 2-year) roadmap and a concrete project implementation plan.
AI Implementation Design Starting from Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) (Utilizing our proprietary service “Shuttle Brain”)
We solve the challenge of “wanting to implement AI but not knowing where to start.” We analyze your Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using AI (Shuttle Brain) to rapidly visualize the current state (As-Is), identify potential risks and areas for improvement, assess the suitability of AI implementation (e.g., using a 2x2 matrix), and design the target state (To-Be). Business Requirements Definition & PoC (Proof of Concept)
I conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) to verify the technical feasibility of generative AI. We estimate running costs, such as cloud service fees (Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) and token consumption, to clarify cost-effectiveness. We also offer research, design, and implementation support for generative AI development platforms like Dify.

I build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems that search internal policies and external manuals to generate appropriate responses. By optimizing prompts and designing agent segmentation, we achieve both improved accuracy and cost reduction. We develop applications directly tied to business operations, such as tools for handling variations in technical terminology and document verification.
Example 2: Voice AI and Automation of Telephone Support Operations
I have a proven track record of implementing high-precision speech recognition (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) using various AI models. We can build everything from AI-powered automated response systems for external calls using Azure or Teams to routing mechanisms that use LLMs to understand the customer’s intent and transfer them to the appropriate department.

In particular, I led the design of a new organizational structure and the creation of a transition plan to maximize the utilization of outsourcing.

I provided technical guidance on the design and development of an AI-powered automated response system for incoming calls and developed a prototype.
By leveraging a large language model (LLM) to understand the caller’s intent and integrating with a Dify app that utilizes RAG, I built a conversation management and routing mechanism capable of automatically responding or transferring calls to the appropriate phone number based on the conversation content, which can operate in a cloud environment.
